Business Continuity Policy
The Management of Business Continuity constitutes a primary priority of INDEV Software SA in order to:
- Ensure the continuity of critical business activities in case of disruption incidents or crisis
- Protect the interests of the Company, as well as its shareholders, partners and other interested parties
- Facilitate the return to normal operating levels as soon as possible
- Reduce the risk of disruptive incidents, and the losses that may occur on the Company’s brand name and reputation in case of disruption incidents or crisis
- Maximize the operational availability of our business activities
The implementation of a documented Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) with specific Business Continuity Policies, Procedures and Plans aims at the following objectives:
- Safeguarding of the health and safety of the Company’s personnel,
- Systematic assessment & evaluation of risks related to Business Continuity,
- Systematic implementation of appropriate methods to assess the impact of disruptions and to determine recovery requirements that ensure a minimum acceptable level of operation,
- Establishment of specific recovery strategies and workable plans designed to address disruptions
- Evaluation and improvement of the relevant plans through exercising and testing,
- Effective handling of Business Continuity disruption incidents,
- Continuous updating of management and employees in matters of Business Continuity,
- Compliance with the applicable national and EU legislation and regulations, with requirements arising from contracts, as well as the requirements of the International Standard ISO 22301,
- Commitment of management and employees to the continuous improvement of the BCMS.
The personnel associated with the provision of the Company’s services as well as with the activities and procedures described in the Business Continuity Management System are responsible for the application of this policy and its corresponding procedures according to assigned roles and responsibilities.
The Company’s Management and personnel are fully committed to the accomplishment of the objectives and principles set forth for the effective management of Business Continuity, in order to ensure the Company’s business continuity capability.
